It should consistently demonstrate all-round operational excellence in the specific aspect of trade logistics, provision of equipment and facilities, maintained the highest standards of operational efficiencies, effective automated systems and customer service delivery. With judges looking for indications of sustained commitment to the above criteria, the successful nominees should be able to demonstrate exceptional innovation, continued commitment to improvements in service delivery and reduction in cost of doing business.
